Directions for the Application of Kinesiology Tape

• Ensure the skin underneath is clean, dry & oil-free before application of the tape.
• Apply K tape for sports injuries and other injuries directly on the affected area, do not apply over the clothes or under wrap.
• Determine the length required for the application before cutting the tape.
• Make sure the edges are well-rounded on the ends before its application, which will help it stick better and avoid getting caught on ends. 
• Do not stretch starting and ending points of the tape.
• After applying the tape, rub the tape on the skin to activate the adhesive & for a better-sticking effect.

• Do not use it on broken skin or open wounds directly.
• This product is a single-use product & cannot be reused.
• If the inner packaging of the product is damaged, damp or mildewed, do not use it.
• Stop using the tape immediately if skin irritation occurs & seek immediate medical advice.
• Refrain from pressing the product for a long time with external force during the usage of this product.
• When peeling off the tape, hold the skin, and pull it off slowly & gently to prevent skin damage.
