What is Rigid Sports Tape? And Why is It Used?
Rigid tape is commonly used for the stabilization of joints and or limit movements of certain muscles during sports, physical activity, and activities of daily living to support and prevent injury and reduce pain. It works by restricting movements of specific joints or muscles and helps it stabilize the area by providing a rigid support.
