Pricing

All prices quoted on the website or the catalogue are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Prices may change without prior notice. The prices charged will be those in effect at the date of your order. Prices are available on our website for account holders. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with MKT Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd. Please contact us on contactmedtac@yahoo.com for Australian Customers.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST is applied to products as outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. GST is not applicable to a large range of our products supplied for disability or rehabilitation purposes. Visit our website at medtac.com.au to view our complete product list, pricing, and GST.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply to orders and are based on the size of the order and the delivery destination. MedTAC offers free delivery on orders over $150, but it cannot be taken advantage of when placing bulk orders at discounted prices.

Customer Account

We encourage customers to establish a customer account. A customer account will give full access to our website and pricing.

Payment

Payment is due as per the conditions printed on the invoice. Product prepayment is required. The company reserves the right to charge interest on all past-due accounts at the rate of 3% per month. Credit card payments may attract a surcharge depending on the type of card used and the value of the payment.

Title to Goods

Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Availability of Products

Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete; however, if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible.

Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect

If, upon receipt of your order, the goods are damaged, incorrect, or there is a shortage compared to the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Please quote your customer number and the invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.

Return of Goods

No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 14 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions. A 10% restocking fee may be charged, and goods must be in resalable condition, packaged in their original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Clearance Items

Clearance items may not be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to: MKT Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 1190, Clearview, South Australia, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Special terms and conditions may apply to customised products and special orders.

Product Descriptions

Care is taken to ensure illustrations, descriptions, and specifications within the catalogue and website are accurate. Specifications may change without prior notification. If a suitable substitute product is not available, we will credit you in full.

Warranty

A manufacturer’s warranty applies to items, provided the item has been used in accordance with the user instructions. Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product. Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of the manufacturer’s specifications, or use outside the limits of the product’s intended use. Maintenance and cleaning must be maintained to ensure warranties remain valid.
